Return Policy

Returns & Refunds

Returns will be honored within 30 days after your item is received. ALL returns must have a copy of your original invoice. Return the item in the gift box in a bubble envelope to ensure the post office doesn't crush the item. We recommend that you insure your return so if it is damaged or lost during the trip back, you are not liable. Refund will be issued within 7-10 business days and a receipt will be e-mailed to you once the return and refund have been processed.

Refunds will only be issued for undamaged products. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Engraved items are not eligible for return or refund. Custom engraved items cannot be returned for errors in spelling, font etc. if they are engraved the way you instructed. Please be sure to verify spelling grammar and all information prior to placing your order. If we engraved an item incorrectly a replacement piece will be sent.

For your protection we have implemented a no return policy for earrings except for manufacturing defects. In the case of a manufacturing defect, your earrings will be replaced.
