When my soul dog died, I wanted something to remind of him that would hang near my heart. The website was easy to navigate and it was easy to specify the engraving I wanted. I ordered on Friday and despite a blizzard that shut down the entire east coast, my pendant and chain arrived on Tuesday.

Although the necklace broke right away, the woman I spoke with was very nice and very helpful. The new chain arrived 3 days later.
